A program on food preservation techniques and value-added product development, along with the distribution of long-term plants, was conducted for Community-Based Organization (CBO) members in the Galle District.
The event was organized by Caritas SED Galle with the participation of Rev. Fr. Michael Rajendram, Director; Mr. Rushmore Ferdinandsz, Coordinator; Mr. Gunawardane, Agronomist; and Mrs. Kumari, Field Officer. Agricultural Research and Production Assistants, together with CBO members, also actively engaged in the practical training sessions aimed at strengthening sustainable livelihoods and food security.
