A training program on sustainable agricultural practices for youth was held at Tangalle Convent on 12th July 2025 under the Food Security Project. The session was conducted by Miss Aruni Gunarathna, Agricultural Instructor from Agunakolapelessa Govi Jana Sewa.

The program was organized with the guidance of Rev. Sister Shanari and supported by Field Officer Mr. Yasalal Priyantha. The training aimed to equip young participants with knowledge and skills to adopt eco-friendly farming techniques, contributing to long-term food security and environmental conservation.
