Self Help Group (SHG) members from across the Southern Province came together in a united effort to collect essential relief items for families in need. The initiative, supported by Caritas SED Galle and CoDeSeP, saw active participation from parish communities and SHG groups who contributed food, clothing, and other necessities.

The collected relief items reflect the strong spirit of solidarity and compassion among the community, demonstrating their commitment to supporting affected families in other regions of Sri Lanka. The contributions will be dispatched through Caritas networks to ensure timely and organized distribution to those most affected.

Caritas SED Galle extended appreciation to all SHG members and parishioners whose generosity made this humanitarian effort a success.
