Food Security Project Holds Introductory Discussion with Youth Team at Tangalle Convent


An introductory discussion on the Food Security Project was held on 30 June 2025 with the youth team at Tangalle Convent. The meeting aimed to raise awareness about the project’s objectives and explore opportunities for youth involvement in promoting sustainable food security initiatives within the community.

During the session, project representatives outlined key goals such as encouraging home gardening, improving nutrition, and strengthening local food systems through sustainable agricultural practices.
