A program aimed at strengthening the District Federation under the Food Security Project was held at the Agrarian Center in Labuduwa, Galle. The event brought together key stakeholders committed to improving food security and community-based agricultural development.

Development Officers, Agricultural Research and Production Assistants from the Agrarian Center actively participated in the program, which was facilitated by the staff of Caritas SED Galle. The session focused on enhancing collaboration, building institutional capacity, and empowering local agricultural leaders to play a greater role in food system resilience.

The initiative forms part of the broader efforts by Caritas SED Galle to promote sustainable agriculture and ensure long-term food security at the grassroots level.
